This song is about a guitar...."Sweden-born-and-raised guitar" as the lyrics go, and since the song is titled "Hag", yes you guessed it....the guitar is a Hagstrom. It was a gorgeous red double f-hole semi-hollow body jobby that had a particularly cool bite in the studio for heavy-duty tin-can distortion. One day I had to eat, and so I parted ways with the beast, and have regretted it ever since. I should've starved. I loved that axe!
